Household Energy Storage
Household energy storage means that household energy storage equipment stores electricity locally for future use. Electrochemical energy storage products, also known as battery energy storage system (or BESS), are rechargeable batteries, usually based on lithium-ion or lead-acid batteries, controlled by computers and equipped with intelligent software to handle charging and discharging cycles.
At present, home energy storage system is mainly combined with PV to form hybrid, combined, off-grid and other home PV+energy storage systems.
